Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actor who has been recognized for her talent. Sagittarius. Born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's among the three youngest children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. Her parents are of English and Scottish heritage. Moore struggled due to the fact that her family was always shifting due to her father's employment. After her family relocated to Germany Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School where she began appearing in performances. She continued her education at Boston University where she graduated in 1983 with B.F.A. In 1983 she graduated with the degree of B.F.A. Moore started her acting career off Broadway at New York, after she had graduated. In an episode of The Edge of Night in 1985, she made her first appearance on the screen. She performed the double role as Sabrina Hughes and Frannie Hughes in the show As the World Turns the show that marked her debut. She starred on the show as the World Turns from 1986 until 1988. As a result of her character, she received an Daytime Emmy Award. Her film debut came in 1990 when she starred in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie, which was later described by her as an awful low-budget film. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), each Robert Altman productions, were her first films. The critically acclaimed performance of her in short-cuts (1993) was rewarded with several nominations. Her first lead role came in Safe (1995). The actress' career took a turn after Steven Spielberg cast her to star in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which became the highest grossing film of 1997. In 1999 she starred in the critically-acclaimed Magnolia and earned an SAG Award nomination in recognition of her work. The Hours, a 2002 film in which she co-starred with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Strreep was nominated for 9 Academy Awards. Moore's other movies comprise The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), among others. In 2014, she starred in Non-Stop. Moore has been in many films and shows. Moore has appeared in several films and television series. Her latest role was when You Finish Save the World 2022. In Hollywood, she has also become a published author for kids. Her first novel was published Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and it became an N.Y.T. It became a top bestseller, and then was transformed into a television show and musical. The author also released her book My Mom is a Foreigner in the year 2013. In her career as a highly successful author and actress, Moore's personal life and experiences are public. She was married John Robin in 1984 and the couple divorced in 1995. She has two kids and a son with Bart Freundlich whom she later was married to in 2003.
